Service Description

“Good” breathing is such that the breath is free to change and adjust to the ebb and flow of our energy, and the ups and downs of everyday life. Our breathing should be full and free, not stuck or blocked, or locked into any set pattern. For our health and well being it needs to be alive, responsive, changing, fluid, flowing...
