Do you suffer from PTSD, depression, anxiety or any ailment that disrupts your ability to live a full life? Yoga Therapy is a clinical method of treating the root cause of any physical or mental discomfort in your life facilitating a return to balance, health, and wellbeing.
It is appropriate for many chronic conditions ( poor breathing, migraines, insomnia, infertility, weight loss, back pain, posture correction ......) in conjunction with or without conventional medical treatment. Yoga Therapy will help you find answers, increase your awareness and empower yourself to move towards positive change with tools that are specifically tailored to your requirements.
There are 4 sessions to start; the initial consultation, followed by three private yoga sessions where you will be given your own personalised plan, including diet and health related recommendations. Depending on the objective, and outcome more sessions maybe required. Each client is unique in their requirements.
